TechIO Academy reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, registrants will be notified and given the option to transfer to a future session or receive a full refund.

Standard Courses:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@techioacademy.com.
• If you cancel your enrollment more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the course start date or after the course has begun.

Bootcamps and Special Programs:

• Due to the intensive nature and limited seating in our bootcamps and special programs, a cancellation notice of at least 14 days before the start date is required for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the program start date will incur a 50% fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins.

Timing of Refund: Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days upon confirmation of cancellation.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

Failure to attend a session without prior notification will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may postpone your enrollment one time to a future date without incurring additional fees, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original course start date.

Any subsequent postponement requests may be subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the course fee.

You may substitute another individual to attend in your place up to 7 days before the course begins at no additional charge. Please provide us with the substitute's contact information in advance of the course start date.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit note or refund. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

TechIO Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, without notice. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
